Flow yoga is a series of standing, balancing, core, and strength combined with moving through what we call sun salutations or vinyasa - essentially meaning movement synchronized with breath.
Yin |

Yin yoga is much slower. It's style is based around the connective tissue in the body - meaning that we must move gentler, slower and with longer holds. These poses are usually done seated or lying down.

Private yoga |

Whether you're a beginner, intermediate or advanced yogi - a private class is completely designed to your body and what you want to accomplish. This type of class can be just for fun or used to dive into the deep stuff. Contact to book.
Group Yoga |

For the girls nights, corporate events, schools programs, recreational sport groups etc... Group Yoga classes are a great way to share and explore technique and movement while building upon the collective energy in the room. Your Group must have 5 or more people to run. Contact to book.
